Full Messenger Plus! version history

The timeline with each and every version of Messenger Plus! ever released and their changelogs. Over 40 public versions spanned over the first five years and many more "unofficial" ones were leaked. The first version, 1.00, dated May 2001, and the last one, 3.63.148, from April 2006.

Community Forums History (2001-2004)

This long post was written by Chrono, one of the Forums' Super Mods, in late 2003. It gives you a good look at the "first half" of the history of the community.

Originally intended to be part of the Messenger Plus! 3 Website as an easter egg, it shows how the early community worked and all the better and worse moments for the forums and for Plus! itself. How many were afraid of Plus! not continuing after version 1.42b, how the "elite" community came to be, the changes to the forums and a backstage look at the software development.

Messenger Plus! Theme Song

In addition to being a developer, Patchou, the creator of Messenger Plus!, has always enjoyed composing music. A special theme song was created during the year 2003 to celebrate the two years of existence of Messenger Plus! along with Messenger 6 compatibility. If you enjoy electronic music, give it a try!. It's not much but you may enjoy listening to this tune for a couple of minutes :).
